EDUCATIONAL MARKETPLACE

Just The Facts: Data Usage

Some in the educational marketplace attempt to dismiss SIF utilization to promote their own work.  To address this misinformation, the A4L Community recently developed and disseminated a brief usage survey, which was sent to marketplace providers and LEA/SEA data leaders.  Even with the short timeframe and limited response, the impact numbers depict the continued usage and growth of the SIF Specifications.  This quick presentation shows some of the survey results.

Technical Roadmap 2016-2017

The vision and mission of the A4L Community have not changed much since 1997 – we still collectively have work to do.  But just like education and learning, we have the opportunity to continue and expand on the great work of one of the world’s largest non-profit technical community dedicated to allowing schools to do what they do best – teach!
